Well, Kelly is at it again in Kansas! Killed a bigggg 10 point buck last week on his annual expedition. Word is that he may have to add on to his house for a trophy room! Way to go Kelly!

Halloween with the Hensons

We celebrated Halloween at Fort Boonesborough campground the weekend of the 25th with the Davidsons. The decorations were awesome and the kids trick-or-treated around the campground. Saw some scary folks!

On Halloween, Micah went trick or treating again, but Josiah chose to go to a football game with his dad. We have way too much candy at our house!!!!!!!!

Sourwood trees in the Smokies

The Sourwood trees were in full color with their colorful berry seeds hanging on each branch. I'm going to plant one of these trees in my yard!

Will's Broken Bone

On Tuesday, October 14th, Will was playing football with the Whitehouses and broke his collarbone. He can't wait to remove his harness. Take a look! He is all smiles now!

More Jeep Adventure

We rented 4 jeeps. Dad and Dennis plotted out our course along Cades Cove, over Rich Mountain and through the city of Townsend. We had a picnic at Cades Cove and saw two bear cubs along our journey. We got a little lost on the way back and headed toward Maryville, but luckily a biker pointed us in the right direction. Kirsten and her friend, Haley, waved at everyone along the way. I think the jeep drivers want to buy a jeep now. It was a lot of fun, but getting the knots out of my hair was not.
